Villa Utopia’s interior décor is the epitome of a Coastal Living design aesthetic, designed
by one of Greece’s most famous and influential fashion designers, Panos Zinas. The
captivating interior features high-end, hand-selected furniture and offers some of the most
alluring views of the azure-colored sea.

The villa exudes an air of romance, comprising of 5 bedrooms, a master king-size suite and
two double suites with canopied bedrooms featuring fine mousselines elegantly draped
from the ceilings. The whimsical and romantic interior bedroom décor creates an ambient

The residence is formed in an amphitheatrical way around the infinity pool. As you enter the
property from the central door on the right side you will see the two master bedroom suites
with en suite bathroom and sitting areas. One of them includes two single beds that can

sea. At the left side of the pool you will enter the main living area with comfortable couches
and glasses doors offering amazing sea view. In the same area, you will find a fully equipped
kitchen with modern appliances and outdoor dining with BBQ. A few meters away you
will find one more master suite and two double bedrooms all with en suite bathroom.
The exterior boasts an outdoor lounge and dining space with mesmerizing vistas, shaded
pergola, space to sunbathe and is enveloped by locally-sourced, intricate stonework. The
