This traditional brand-new luxury villa is the perfect get away from buzz Mykonos, relax and enjoy the peaceful area of Kalafatis and nearby pure beaches that this side of the island has to offer. The villa was built in 2018 by the owner who is also the constructor for his family, so the property is consist of a large amount of the most modern appliances. The architecture of the house is traditional Myconian whitewashed design were combined with a minimalistic design to create a luxury private villa in one of the purest locations of Mykonos. Villa Spinel is one of the best choices for unforgettable vacations. The location of the property gives you the advantage of a few minutes drive from some of the purest beaches of Mykonos and at the same time a short distance from the night life of the island.

As you enter the property there is a private swimming pool, that can be lighted by led lights from the inside for unforgettable night swims under the Myconian stars, surrounded by sunbeds and a hammock. There is also a large shaded area which includes the pool bar with a BBQ and a lounge sitting area suitable for over that 12 guests. A few meters by the pool you will have the chance to enjoy a hot tub in the heated jacuzzi with an amazing view of the Aegean Sea. The bohemian style of the outdoor areas was perfectly combined with the modern cosy design of the interiors.

In the interiors of the villa you will find an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table in front of the sea view that the large windows offer you. In the upper floor are located the two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and balconies with panoramic view of the garden, pool & sea. A few steps lower are based three more double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and the one of them is a small independent guest house with its own kitchen and living area. The property is combined with a totally independent guest house including two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the garden of the villa.
