Built on a hillside and consisting of the main villa, an independent guest studio and a garden guest house, Villa Guava enjoys a splendid view of Platys Gialos Bay and the Aegean Sea with the Greek Islands. Upon entry to this Mykonos villa, you can find 2 guest houses composed of a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. These bedrooms having a splendid overview of Psarou exits to a secluded garden, a suitable playground for children. Additionally, they have a cozy living area that exists to the pool terrace serves the occupants of the guest house when in need to be alone. Guesthouses can host it 4 more adults, while they have a fully equipped kitchen with a small living area for 2 guests.

Across this Mykonos villas pool terrace and the shaded outdoor dining area, guests are welcomed into the main villa, with a cozy yet spacious living room and the open plan kitchen that together with the auxiliary bathroom are situated on this level. The living room exits to a veranda with an additional dining/lounging area that can comfortably accommodate additionally up to 12 guests. This level connected to the upper level with a staircase that leads up to the bedroom level of the main villa, where the three spacious bedrooms with double beds are located. The Master bedroom has en suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms, overlooking the big blue, have their own en suite bathrooms. The rooms exit to a balcony that offers a splendid view of the Aegean Sea and Islands at a distance. Next to the main villa and with an exit to the pool area is an independent guest room with an en suite bathroom. This room is suitable for a couple with 2 children while it’s having a double bed and a sofa bed.
