The Lower level has a second sitting area and features four bedrooms: two twin bedrooms with private exterior bathrooms, one Double Bedroom with Queen Size bed, private exterior bathroom and a balcony with sea view, and one double bedroom with King size bed, ensuite bathroom and a balcony offering sea view.

The exterior of the villa offers a private infinity pool, also with panoramic sea views where you can take amazing pictures of the sunrise colors. The shaded pergolas create a beautiful dining area for you and your friends where you can relax and enjoy a BBQ. The spacious exterior can fit up to 150 guests also if you need to plan an event.
