The residence is a fusion of traditional whitewashed Cycladic architecture with modern minimalism and natural, locally sourced stone adorns in the interior and exterior of the home – providing a naturally cool, ‘clima effect.’

The home is thoughtfully designed to provide ample space and opportunity for privacy to all guests; it consists of the Main Villa, one guest house and one guestroom in the pool level. The Main House is spread out across three distinct levels. The ground floor consists of a cozy living room, an elegantly appointed dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The upper level of the home features a Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private veranda with breathtaking views of the seemingly watercolor painted sunrise. The lower level of the home consists of an additional living room, a Master Double Bedroom, and a Twin Bedroom. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and access to a veranda with the outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the Aegean Sea.

The Guest Room and the Guest House of the Villa are located in the pool level and have their own private entrance. The Guest House includes one kitchenette with a breakfast table and a Twin Bedroom with a private exterior bathroom on the ground floor and one Double Bedroom with sea views on the upper floor. The Guest Room includes a Double Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a lounge area and access to the outdoor area.
